Travellers to Tanzania usually require a visa, which can be obtained online or on arrival. Visa types include single-entry and multiple-entry options. Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 30 Days Before the Tour Start Date:
  • A full refund will be issued, less an administrative fee of 10%.
  • 15–30 Days Before the Tour Start Date:
  • 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
  • 7–14 Days Before the Tour Start Date:
  • 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 Days Before the Tour Start Date:
  • No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Mosaic Adventures

  • In the unlikely event that we cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, safety concerns, or operational issues), we will:
  • Offer you an alternative tour of equal value, or
  • Provide a full refund of the amount paid.

Changes to Booking

If you request changes to your booking (e.g., tour dates or itinerary), we will do our best to accommodate these changes, subject to availability. Any additional costs incurred due to these changes will be the client’s responsibility.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Costs related to third-party services (e.g., flights, visas, travel insurance, or accommodation not booked through Mosaic Adventures Tours) are non-refundable.
  • Certain activities or services that require upfront payments (e.g., hot air balloon rides, entry fees, etc.) may be non-refundable, subject to the provider’s policy.

 

Partial Participation

  • No refunds will be provided for any portion of the tour not utilized by the client due to late arrival, early departure, or other personal reasons.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of an approved request and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Currency exchange rates and transaction fees may impact the final refund amount.

Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., wars, pandemics, extreme weather, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer credit for future bookings.
